The improved & very durable 320I-HC features A clear polycarbonate rear housing with a durable hi-temperature rated front housing. Improvements have been made to the Perma-Lock terminations. The faceplate set screws are now of stainless steel. Additionally, there is a dust seal to protect the wiring chamber. The 320I-HC is very adaptable and the mechanical cable grip suits a massive plethora of cables ranging from 7.62mm to 16.6mm. Installation is easy and clearly mark ed, tightly-spaced, funnel shaped holes to guide the conductors into the unique Perma-Lock terminals. As the terminal screw tightens down on the cable core, it compresses the cable underneath. This action "locks up" the threads on the screw.

Stress-relieving of the terminals is virtually eliminated. Heat cycling and vibration cannot loosen the screw.
